The Jungle of the Subconscious: Chloe's Full Story
I have been fascinated by the supernatural, paranormal, and strange subconscious manifestations all my life. In this story, I try to explore the fascinating world of the subconscious.
A young girl begins her adult, independent life. However, she gets into a terrible situation: her subconscious begins terrorizing her with nightmares. A dream is often an “alarm clock” that tries to show us that there is some problem in our lives. The subconscious does not know how to talk, so these dreams try to draw our attention to the issue. If we don't understand, it increases the pressure, as with Chloe.
Think of it this way: your subconscious doesn't have a voice like you and me. It can't just sit you down and say, “Hey, you're stressed about that presentation!” Instead, it uses the language of dreams – symbols, feelings, and sometimes, those downright weird scenarios!
It's like it's trying to get our attention, gently nudging us to look at something we might be ignoring. Maybe it's a recurring theme, a feeling of anxiety, or a strange symbol that keeps popping up.
And here's the kicker: if we ignore those gentle nudges, it seems like the “alarm clock” gets louder! The dreams might become more intense and unsettling, trying to drive the message home.
Of course, not every dream has a profound, meaningful message. Sometimes, a dream is just a dream. But I think it's worth paying attention to those significant dreams.
I’m not the first one to have such ideas.
Carl Jung is a pioneer in the study of dreams and the subconscious. His work emphasizes that dreams are not random occurrences but meaningful messages from the unconscious. For example, his book “Man and His Symbols”. Jung's autobiography “Memories, Dreams, Reflections” provides insights into his own dream experiences and how they shaped his psychological theories.
A practical guide to understanding dreams from a Jungian perspective is James A. Hall's “Jungian Dream Interpretation: A Handbook of Theory and Practice.” A great one for learning to work with dreams is “Inner Work: Using Dreams and Active Imagination for Personal Growth” by Robert A. Johnson.
The story I told is a real case described in romance but with some reflections.

A Good Cause
At my age and after a divorce, I had to start my life over from scratch, but unfortunately, no one wants to hire sick pensioners, and I can't find a job. Selling these books is my hope to survive. If you buy my stories, you will give me and my cats hope. And you will give me a stimulus to keep writing.
